PLUMERIA SPLASH ORANGE "UDOM CHOK"
With 2.5” – 3” flower in diameter
and appear in very dense cluster. Petals are in beautiful pink color all
over white background with golden yellow center, producing full trusses of
conspicuous pink. The remarkable of Chompoo Bannakan is that there are
intense pink veins spreading all over each petals, very clear and
outstanding characteristic. Petals are heavy overlapping, quite big and
almost circular but slightly pointed tips and with wavy margin. Medium,
sweet and fruity fragrance
When we say Plumeria, we would
think about the colourful, mysterious and sweety flowers. In Thailand,
Plumeria was initially called Lun Tom which means to
abandon all sadness and was planted in only temples; however, there was
misunderstanding to have another meaning which are sadness and bad luck.
Therefore, Lun Tom was renamed to be Lilavadee instead and it becomes
more popular to plant anywhere in Thailand since then.
